Privacy Policy
Families often share sensitive context when a parent is moving on. Below is what we keep, why we keep it, and how to limit our contact with you.
Effective Date

This policy took effect on October 3, 2026. It explains how A Fast House Sale treats details that visitors share through afasthousesale.com, whether the visitor is a homeowner, a relative helping one, or a professional advising a family.
Information We Collect
We gather only what helps us respond to a homeowner or family about a possible purchase.
Details you type into our form
Typical entries include a name, a way to reach you, the property's location, and a few words about the move ahead, such as an upcoming assisted-living date or a parent's wish to downsize. Some visitors also mention who holds signing authority. Please leave out account numbers, government identification numbers and health records; we neither need nor want them at this stage.
Technical details your browser sends
Like nearly every website, ours receives routine connection data: an IP address, browser and device type, pages opened, the referring address and approximate timestamps. Hosting and security providers may log this automatically. Small cookies or similar files can help the site load properly and help us understand, in aggregate, which pages visitors find useful.
How We Use It

Your details serve a narrow set of purposes:
- replying to your inquiry and arranging a call or a walkthrough;
- preparing a written offer and, if you accept, coordinating with a title and escrow company;
- keeping records that a lawful real estate transaction requires;
- blocking spam, fraud and misuse of our form;
- improving how the site reads and works for older visitors and their families.
We do not build marketing profiles of seniors, and we never use what a family tells us about health, care plans or finances to pressure anyone toward a sale.
How We Share It
Nobody pays us for your details, and we hand none of them to advertisers or list brokers. Limited sharing happens only when it serves your request or the law demands it:
People who help us operate
Hosting, form handling, messaging and record-keeping vendors may process data on our behalf, bound to use it solely for that work.
Parties to a sale you choose
If you move forward, a title company, escrow officer, notary or an attorney you designate will receive what they need to close. With your permission we may also speak with relatives or advisors you name.
Legal obligations
We may disclose records when a subpoena, court order or regulator requires it, or to protect someone from harm or fraud.
Text Messages and Calls
When a visitor enters a phone number on our form, we treat that as permission to call or text about the house in question and nothing broader. Agreeing to messages is optional; a family may sell to us without ever receiving one. Your wireless carrier may bill its usual charges for texts. To end text contact, answer any message with the word STOP. To end calls, simply let whoever phones you know, and your number goes on our do-not-contact list. We keep texting permissions to ourselves rather than handing them to anyone else for promotions.
Security
We rely on encrypted connections, restricted access and reputable service providers to guard what you send. Even so, no website, inbox or server can be made perfectly safe, so we cannot promise that data will never be exposed. Families should watch for one specific risk: sale proceeds are only ever wired by the title company, and wiring instructions should be confirmed by calling escrow at a number you already trust.
Your Rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask that we delete it, apart from records a completed transaction obliges us to keep. You may also withdraw permission for calls and texts at any time. Nevada residents may submit a request regarding the sale of covered information, though we do not sell it. Any of these requests may be made with the message form linked below; we may need to confirm your identity before acting.
Third-Party Links
A page on this site may point to a government resource, such as a statute on the Nevada Legislature's website. Those destinations run under their own rules. We have no say over what they collect, so review their notices before entering anything there.
Contact Us
Questions about this policy, or requests about your own records, are welcome through the message form for homeowners and families. A sentence describing the request helps it reach the right person.
Changes to This Policy
As our tools or legal duties evolve, this notice may be revised. The date at the top will reflect each update, and the newest version posted on this site governs from that point forward. Earlier inquiries remain subject to the version in place when they arrived, unless the law allows otherwise.
Text Messages (SMS)
A Fast House Sale sends text messages only to people who check the optional SMS box on one of our forms. Checking it is never required to get a quote, an estimate or any service. Messages relate to your request (for example quote details, scheduling and follow-up). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third party.
