A Fast House Sale
Get in touch

Start a Conversation About the House

Whether you own the home, are helping a parent, or advise a family, send a short note and we will reply to set up a time to talk.

Start a gentle conversation

We reply by phone, at a pace that suits you.

Reaching out, whoever you are

The form on this page comes straight to us. Tell us a lot or only a little, whichever feels right: the neighborhood, the move ahead, and which relatives you would like included in the talks. There is no right way to begin. Some people write a single line; others explain a whole family situation. Either is fine, and we will ask follow-up questions gently.

If you own the home

Tell us what is prompting the move and when you would like to talk. We work at your pace, and nothing you send obligates you to sell. If you would like a relative on the first call, simply say so.

If you are helping a parent or relative

Let us know who holds signing authority, if you know. Our page on selling for a parent under a power of attorney explains why that matters, and planning a sale around a care move-in covers timing.

If you are an attorney, care manager or advisor

We are happy to coordinate with professionals and send written offers directly to you with the family's permission. We understand that your role is to protect your client, and we will make room for that review before any date is set.

What happens after you send the form

A reply from a real person

Someone from our team responds to arrange a call or visit. If you would like to read ahead, the five stages of our selling process and answers to common family questions are good places to start, and our background and approach explains who you will be speaking with. We usually suggest a short phone call first, then a visit only if the family would like one.

No obligation and no pressure

If you decide not to proceed, that is the end of it. How we treat the details you send is described in our privacy policy.

Talk It Over Before Anything Is Decided

Send the address and a few words about the move. A local person reads every note, phones you back, and answers questions for you and for anyone in the family you would like on the call.

If speaking is easier than writing, press the red TALK TO ALEX button and you will reach us by phone.

Ready when you are

Sharing details does not commit you or your family to anything.

Things Families Often Wonder

What information should we include in the form?

The property's general location, the reason for the move and a preferred time to talk are enough to begin. If you know who will sign, such as the owner, an agent under a power of attorney or a trustee, mention that as well. Please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers or medical records through the form.

Can several family members join the first call?

Yes, and we encourage it. Hearing the same information together helps siblings and spouses stay on the same page and reduces misunderstandings later. Tell us who should be included and what time zones they are in, and we will find a time that works for the group.

Will you keep contacting us if we decide not to sell?

No. If you tell us you are not interested, or simply that now is not the right time, we will stop reaching out. You are always welcome to contact us again later if circumstances change, and we will pick the conversation up wherever you would like.
